Increase your meals from 3 to 5 a day In order to increase your metabolism you need to spread your meals throughout the day instead of just eating 2 or 3 huge meals. 2. Start working out 3-4 days a week Whether you decide to adopt a weight training regimen or just an aerobic, or both, this is a must to keep your metabolism up to par and turn your body into a fat burning furnace. Remember the more muscle you have in your body the more fat your burn. 3. Drink more water atleast 12 cups a day or more Stop drinking your meals with carbonized sugar drinks like soda and start drinking water with all of your meals. Water helps you flush out waste by-products out of your system and transports nutrients throughout your body more efficiently than any carbonized, empty calorie beverage. This is the most idiot proof diet you can follow. Dedicate yourself to sticking to it for just one month and see just how easily you lose that fat stomach of yours. You'll be very surprised when you see the results. It beats the diet phase 1 from the South Beach Diet any day.
